Delivery Policy

• Orders are delivered to the customer or their authorized representative.
• Delivery is to the building entrance only.
• We are not responsible for breakage after receipt.
• Orders are acknowledged with a national ID upon delivery.

Order Conditions

• Customers must place their own orders.
• Orders are confirmed via phone; if unreachable, the order may be canceled.
• Orders above EGP 50,000 require an advance payment based on order value.
• Orders under EGP 50,000 require a 25% advance payment.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. For Manufacturing Defects

• Return or exchange within 30 days in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

2. Return Conditions

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• All accessories and documents must be included.

3. Returns without Defect

• Within 14 days if item is in original condition.
• Customer pays for shipping and price difference.

4. Return Procedure

• Contact customer service.
• Return fees are communicated and collected upon pickup.

5. Rejection of Returns

• Missing components or damaged packaging void return eligibility.
